Stock Requisition Request
The driver loads company warehouse inventory into the personal vehicle inventory for the day’s van sales.
Overview
💡 With a stock requisition request, the driver stocks based on the estimated sales volume of planned visit accounts. After approval, products are transferred from the company warehouse to the driver’s personal vehicle inventory, so they can be shipped directly during van sales.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must have the van sales loading fieldwork action permission.

Prerequisite: The approval process for stock requisition has been configured by the admin in Setup.

Dependency: Inventory Management must be enabled; otherwise loading cannot be performed.
Steps
- On the Workstation home page, go to the Loading page.

Choose a loading method: Add from category list, Add by delivery order, Add by recommended loading, or Add by searching products.

On the loading page, turn on Show products with zero inventory as needed to hide or show zero-stock products.

For products with batch management, select the corresponding batch to load.
- Confirm the loaded products and quantities, then submit the stock requisition request.
- Wait for the warehouse keeper to review. After approval, products are transferred into your personal vehicle inventory.
Expected results and verification
- A stock requisition request is created and awaits warehouse keeper review.
- After approval, the vehicle inventory increases accordingly.
- The loading record shows the batch and Product Details for this load.
