Van Sales Ordering
The driver completes integrated ordering for sales, returns, and exchanges on site at the store.
Overview
💡 With van sales ordering, the driver completes sell, return, and exchange in one stop during the account visit. After the order is submitted, the system automatically ships from outbound and collects payment, so the terminal store can pick up goods without waiting.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must have the van sales ordering fieldwork action permission.

Prerequisite: The Van Sales Ordering action has been added to the App home page or to a visit Field Type.

Dependency: You have completed the stock requisition request and loaded the corresponding vehicle inventory.
Steps
- During a fieldwork visit, select a store to visit, tap Van Sales, and open the ordering page.
- Or, on the Workstation home page, select Van Sales, choose a store, and open the ordering page.
- Enter the products sold this time, and enter return or exchange products as needed.
- Confirm the order products and quantities, enter the collection amount, and submit the order.
- The system automatically completes outbound shipping, deducts the on-vehicle inventory, and generates a Payment receipt.
Expected results and verification
- The sales order list shows this van sales order with the status Shipped.
- The vehicle inventory is deducted automatically with the outbound.
- If online collection is enabled, the store scans the code and funds are credited to the enterprise account balance.
