Unloading
Unload goods from the vehicle. Multiple unloading methods and batch management are supported.
Overview
💡 With unloading, the driver returns unsold vehicle inventory to a designated warehouse. Manual, one-tap all, scan, and AI recognition methods are supported, with fine-grained batch management.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must have the unloading fieldwork action permission.

Prerequisite: The unloading capability has been configured on the Workstation home page.

Dependency: Inventory Management must be enabled.
Steps
- On the Workstation home page, tap Unloading to open the unloading page.

Choose an unloading method: Add from category list, Unload all, or Add manually.

Confirm the unloaded products and quantities, then submit the unloading.
Expected results and verification
- The vehicle inventory is deducted accordingly, and the corresponding warehouse inventory increases.
- The unloading record shows the Product Details of this unloading.
