Sign a campaign agreement

Sign execution terms with stores participating in a campaign.

Overview

Agreement-based campaigns require a Campaign Agreement during execution. The agreement defines items, quantities, expenses, and the settlement method. Later evidence is reported against the agreement items.

Before you start

❗
  • The current campaign type contains a Campaign Agreement node.
  • The corresponding campaign application exists.
  • The target store is within the campaign scope and has been confirmed as a participant.

Procedure

Create from the web or Workstation

  1. Go to Campaign > Campaign Management > Campaign Agreements. On mobile, open it from the Workstation home page.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select a campaign application.
  4. Enter the agreement details.
  5. Add agreement items from the campaign item scope.
  6. Save.

Create from a field-work action during a store visit

  1. During a store visit, use the Campaign Agreement action in field work.
  2. If the store participates in multiple campaigns, select the target campaign first.
  3. A store can sign multiple campaign agreements at once, but agreement periods for the same campaign cannot overlap.
  4. Submit.

Edit a campaign agreement

  1. Open Edit for the agreement.
  2. Modify the content and save.
⚠️
A campaign agreement can be edited while no later execution is associated with it. It cannot be edited after later campaign execution is associated.

Expected result

  • The new record appears in the campaign agreement list.
  • Evidence items for the store are populated from the agreement.
