Submit Promo Proof

Report store campaign execution for later audit and settlement.

Overview

During a store visit, the sales representative submits evidence through field work. If the representative cannot visit the store, execution photos can be recorded later on the web.

Before you start

❗
  • The current campaign type contains a Promo Proof node.
  • You can access Promo Proof and Promo Proof Items.
  • The target store can participate in an in-progress campaign application.
  • The executing sales representative belongs to a department participating in the campaign application.
  • A field-work rule is assigned to the sales representative and its Field Type includes the Promo Proof action.

Procedure

Submit evidence during a mobile store visit

  1. Open Field Work.
  2. Select the target store and check in to perform the store visit.
  3. Select the Promo Proof action.
  4. Select the target campaign application. If the store has multiple in-progress applications, select and submit evidence for them one by one. The list contains applications that the store can participate in.
  5. Take execution photos inside the store.
  6. Enter evidence item details according to whether quantities are required, confirm the expense reported for this evidence submission, and submit.
Promo Proof in field work

Submit evidence from the field-work scenario

  1. Open the Promo Proof scenario.
  2. The system shows stores within 10 km that can participate in campaigns.
  3. Select the store to visit.
  4. At the store, if multiple in-progress applications are available, select and submit evidence for them one by one. The list contains applications that the store can participate in.
  5. Take execution photos inside the store.
  6. Enter evidence item details according to whether quantities are required, confirm the expense reported for this evidence submission, and submit.

Record evidence on the web

  1. Go to Campaign > Campaign Management > Promo Proof.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select a campaign application.
  4. Upload evidence photos and enter the evidence details.
  5. Save.

For agreement-based campaigns, evidence items are populated from the store’s signed agreement. If a campaign application item requires a quantity, enter the quantity during evidence submission; otherwise, it is displayed without a quantity field.

Edit evidence

  1. Open Promo Proof details and click Edit.
  2. You can modify evidence photos and related content fields while the evidence has not been audited or associated with another node.
⚠️
Promo Proof cannot be modified after it has been audited.

Expected result

  • The new record appears in the Promo Proof list.
  • Evidence items are within the campaign requirements.
  • Auditors can start the audit.
