Perform a campaign audit

The auditor evaluates store evidence submitted by a sales representative and confirms the write-off expense.

Overview

Auditors evaluate evidence during campaign execution. The web is suitable for centralized audits, while on-site audits are suitable for store spot checks.

Before you start

The current campaign type contains a Campaign Audit node.
You can access Promo Proof Audit and Promo Proof Audit Items.
The store has submitted execution data that can be audited.
Before an on-site audit, the auditor has a field-work rule whose type includes the Campaign Audit action, or the rule has the Campaign Audit scenario enabled.

Procedure

Audit on the web

Go to Campaign > Campaign Management > Campaign Audits.
Use campaign type cards to quickly filter the campaigns to audit.
In the Campaign Audit list, view executed campaigns by dealer and campaign application, then click Audit.
On the audit page, view participating stores on the left, select a store, and review its Promo Proof data.
Evaluate every evidence submission from participating stores.
For sampling, click Sample on the audit page and update the result after sampling.

Audit on site

Open the Campaign Audit scenario from the Workstation home page.
The system shows stores within 10 km that have participated in campaign execution.
Select a store.
If the store is associated with multiple campaigns, select the target campaign first. The list contains campaigns with pending evidence data from the store.
The audit uses the most recent unaudited execution data for the selected campaign.
Complete the evaluation by full inspection or sampling.

View audit details

On the web, view store execution data by dealer and campaign application.
You can view pending, audited-qualified, and audited-unqualified execution data.

Edit an audit

Click View in the Campaign Audit list.
Click Edit.
Submit the audit evaluation again.

⚠️

Promo Proof Audit data cannot be modified after it is associated with a started Expense Write-off.

Expected result

The audit details show the store’s execution evaluation.
Promo Proof data changes from pending audit to audited.
A new audit record appears in the Promo Proof Audit object.
