Dashboard overview

A dashboard is an all-in-one decision support data center for enterprise management. Built on the capabilities of BI reports and charts, it aggregates the key metrics of business operations and lets you monitor them at a glance. You can present a dashboard in real time on a large screen to support data-driven decision-making.

Business Value

Dashboards centralize the key metrics and statistical data of business operations, helping management understand business performance at a glance.
  • Provide personalized, real-time data presentation.
  • Support large-screen display of internal and external operating status.
  • Aggregate key metrics to support data-driven business decisions.

Core Capabilities

  • Visualization: Provide common charts and more detailed metric data.
  • Information capacity: A single large screen supports up to 20 modules.
  • Flexible configuration: Add custom reports and charts as needed, and arrange them freely by dragging.
  • Visual presentation: Provide color schemes and data display options to present operating data.

Dashboard Types

Dashboards are available in two types: Personal and Enterprise. You select the type when saving a new dashboard.
  • Personal: A dashboard created by a regular employee or an administrator and saved as the Personal type. Viewers see data according to their own data permission. This type supports drill-down, viewing details, global filtering, and chart-specific condition filters.
  • Enterprise: Only CRM administrators and reports administrators can create and save a dashboard as the Enterprise type. This type suits scenarios where employees have no data permission of their own but need to gain insight into data through a large screen. Viewers see data according to the authorizer’s data permission. Enterprise dashboards generally do not support global filtering; only conditions that administrators have not locked can be used for global filtering, and the personnel global filter cannot be unlocked.

Applicable Roles

  • Enterprise management: View key metrics and business operations centrally through dashboards.
  • Regular employees: Create Personal dashboards and view data according to their own data permission.
  • CRM administrators and reports administrators: In addition to creating Personal dashboards, they can create, edit, and authorize Enterprise dashboards.
  • Authorized Enterprise viewers: After an administrator authorizes them, they can view Enterprise dashboards but cannot edit them.
