Share and export a dashboard

This page explains how to forward, subscribe to, export, and display a dashboard for which you have the corresponding operation permissions.

Before You Begin

Before using the following operations, make sure you have the corresponding permissions:
  • As a regular user, you can only forward, subscribe to, export, or post to Feeds the dashboards for which you have the corresponding permissions.
  • CRM administrators and reports administrators can forward, subscribe to, and export all dashboards.
If you do not have the permissions, contact the dashboard’s administrator. This article does not cover how to set permissions.
In the dashboard drop-down menu, you can choose operations such as forward, subscribe, export, share, full screen, and demo mode.

Forward a Dashboard

  1. Open the target dashboard.
  2. In the dashboard drop-down menu, select Forward.
  3. Forward the dashboard to Chats.
You can also use the Forward operation on the target dashboard in the reports list.

Subscribe to a Dashboard

  1. Open the target dashboard, or find it in the reports list.
  2. Select Subscribe.
  3. Complete the subscription.
After subscribing, you can receive the dashboard’s information in the ways provided by the system.

Export Dashboard Data or Charts

  1. Open the target dashboard.
  2. In the dashboard drop-down menu, select Export.
  3. Export dashboard data or dashboard charts as needed.

Share to Feeds

Sharing to Feeds is available only for Personal dashboards created by the current user.
  1. Open the target dashboard.
  2. In the dashboard drop-down menu, select Share.
  3. Share the dashboard as an image to Feeds.

View in Full Screen

  1. In the dashboard drop-down menu, select Full screen.
  2. Enter the dashboard preview page.
  3. On the preview page, view the web address and view the dashboard full screen.

Use Demo Mode

  1. In the dashboard drop-down menu, select Demo mode.
  2. Enter the dashboard preview interface.
  3. Use the full-screen display to present.

Expected Results

You can forward, subscribe to, export, or share to Feeds the dashboards for which you have the operation permissions.
