View a dashboard

View a dashboard
This page explains how to find, switch, and organize the dashboards you can view.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you have the view permission on the target dashboard.
- A Personal dashboard displays data with your data permission; an Enterprise dashboard uses the authorizer’s data permission. For the differences between the types, see the Dashboard Overview.
Enter from the Reports List
- In the CRM menu, click Reports to open the reports list page.
- In the search bar, enter a dashboard name, or filter Personal or Enterprise dashboards by chart type.
- In the results, open the target dashboard.

On the reports list, you can use operations such as subscribe, favorite, or forward when the permission conditions are met. This article covers only viewing and organizing operations. See Share and Export a Dashboard for sharing, subscribing, and exporting.
Each dashboard’s drop-down menu contains a rich set of operations.

Enter from the Dashboards Page
- In the CRM menu, click Dashboards.
- At the top of the page, click the current dashboard name.
- From the list, select the dashboard to view.

Find a Dashboard with “More”
If the target dashboard is not in the top list:
- Click More next to the dashboard name.
- Browse the list, or enter a name to search.
- Select the target dashboard.

Show Hidden Dashboards and Reorder Them
If you still cannot find the target dashboard in More, it may be hidden.
- Go to Manage Personal Dashboards.
- Set the target dashboard to Show.
- Drag the dashboard name to adjust its display order in the list.
- Return to the Dashboards page and open it from the top list or More.
You can hide the dashboards visible to you as needed. Hiding only affects your own list display.

Each dashboard’s drop-down menu contains operations such as edit, delete, share, authorize, hide, duplicate, and view basic info.

The Hide operation hides all dashboards visible to you as needed. Duplicate copies a dashboard. View basic info shows the name, type, created on, and updated on.

The Forward operation forwards a dashboard to Chats.

The Subscribe operation subscribes to a dashboard.

The Export operation exports dashboard data or charts.

The Share operation posts a dashboard as an image to Feeds.

Full screen and demo mode let you enter the dashboard preview page and display it full screen.

Manage employee dashboards lets you share or authorize a dashboard to colleagues, departments, and more.

The Refresh operation refreshes the current dashboard’s data.

Switch Dashboards on Mobile
When viewing on mobile, open the dashboard’s drop-down menu and select another dashboard to switch.

Expected Results
You can find and view the target dashboard from the reports list page or the Dashboards page, and hide or reorder dashboards as needed.
