Configure regional formats
Regional formats control how BI displays dates, times, numbers, and amounts for users in different countries or regions. The data and calculation logic remain consistent worldwide.
Before you begin
[!IMPORTANT] Confirm that you have access to the relevant BI page. Create, edit, and management operations also require the corresponding permissions.
Overview
After your enterprise enables multi-region support, date, Date Time, time, amount, and numeric fields in CRM and other applications use the selected region’s format. This includes day and month order, thousands separators, and decimal separators. The underlying data and calculation logic remain unchanged.
Verify the result
After configuration, check the display in the relevant reports, charts, or joined reports. If a field, metric, or entry is unavailable, verify the selected topic, data range, and permissions.
