View multi-time-zone analysis
Switch the time zone used by reports and charts to view results according to your business location.
Before you begin
Confirm that a designer configured multi-time-zone analysis and that you can view the relevant report or chart.
View a report in your personal time zone
When the chart time zone is set to Follow system personal time zone, changing your account time zone also changes the chart results.

View chart results by time zone
Charts use the logged-in user’s personal time zone by default. After you switch the chart time zone, the metric list shows metrics that match the current time zone, metrics with no aggregation date, and metrics that do not use multi-time-zone analysis.
If an existing metric does not match the new time zone, select the metrics and configure the data range again.

Important notes
BI uses UTC+8 by default. For overseas business, select the time zone where the business event occurred. Otherwise, events near a date boundary may be counted on the adjacent date.
Verify the result
After switching time zones, check date boundaries, metric counts, amounts, and detail rows against the intended business time zone.
