Configure BI components on object list pages
Configure the BI components available on a page.
Overview
The web client supports charts, filters, and dashboards. The marketing campaign object list page additionally supports marketing campaign insights.
Before You Begin
[!IMPORTANT] - Role permissions: You need back-office configuration permissions for the target page. - Prerequisite: Create the charts, dashboards, or BI resources you want to display first.
Procedure
- Go to Admin Center > Object Management > Preset Object Management or Custom Object Management > Object > Layout > List Page Layout.
- Create or edit the target page layout.
- In the component area, add the BI components supported by the current page.
- Select the BI resource and complete the page settings.
- Save the page configuration.
Page Rules and Restrictions
Each object list page can contain only one filter component. The filter can set default employee and date conditions, determine which charts participate in filtering, specify whether viewers can change the criteria, and allow the filter to be pinned to the top.
On each object list page, you can select up to 15 charts at a time, and each chart can be configured with a height.
Each object list page can contain only one dashboard component. You can select up to 10 dashboards in the component, and the dashboards support sorting, adding more, deleting, and automatic height adjustment. When there is only one dashboard, you can hide its title.
The marketing campaign list page supports adding one marketing campaign insight component.
Verify the Result
Open the target page and confirm that the component display, resource scope, and quantity comply with the current page rules.
