Configure BI components on object detail pages
Configure the BI components available on a page.
Overview
Charts and dashboards can be configured on both the web and mobile clients. The mobile client can reuse the web layout or use an independent layout.
Before You Begin
[!IMPORTANT] - Role permissions: You need back-office configuration permissions for the target page. - Prerequisite: Create the charts, dashboards, or BI resources you want to display first.
Procedure
- Go to Admin Center > Object Management > Preset Object Management or Custom Object Management > Object > Layout > Detail Page Layout.
- Create or edit the target page layout.
- In the component area, add the BI components supported by the current page.
- Select the BI resource and complete the page settings.
- Save the page configuration.
Page Rules and Restrictions
On each object detail page, you can select up to 10 charts at a time. Charts can be configured with a height, input rules, and component display conditions. Input rules include configuring the incoming primary property or configuring the receiving field and the incoming field.
Each object detail page can contain only one dashboard component. You can select up to 10 dashboards in the component, and the dashboards support sorting, adding more, deleting, automatic height adjustment, and passing in the primary property. When there is only one dashboard, you can hide its title.
The mobile client can reuse the web layout or use an independent layout.
Verify the Result
Open the target page and confirm that the component display, resource scope, and quantity comply with the current page rules.
