Target Management Operation Guide

Overview

This guide explains how to perform daily Target Management operations with the goal value permissions you have. The operations you can perform depend on your role’s permission configuration and the goal rule’s Allow Personal Goal Editing setting.

Edit Goal Values

Edit Your Own Goals

You can edit your own goal values when both of the following are true:
  • Your role has Edit permission on the Goal Value object.
  • The goal rule has Allow Personal Goal Editing checked.
If the goal rule does not have Allow Personal Goal Editing checked, you cannot edit your own goal values.

Supervisors Editing Subordinates’ Goals

As a supervisor (department head or team lead), you can edit your subordinates’ goal values. The exact editing scope depends on role permissions and rule configuration.

Department Heads Editing Department Goals

As a department head, you can edit the goal values of employees in your department and the department’s goal values.

Import Goal Values

  1. On the goal value list page, click Import.
  2. Download the import template.
  3. Fill in the goal value data in the template format.
  4. Upload the completed file.
  5. Confirm the import result.
Your role needs the goal value import permission.

Export Goal Values

  1. On the goal value list page, click Export.
  2. Choose the export scope.
  3. Wait for the system to generate the export file.

View Goal Completion

Go to the Goal Completion menu to view the completion progress of goal values within your data permissions.

Common Scenarios

Scenario 1: Cannot see a team’s goal values

Check whether you have data permissions for that team’s personnel. As a department head, you should see the goal values of employees in your department. If they are still invisible, the admin may need to grant permission by sharing personnel object data.

Scenario 2: The Edit button is unavailable

Confirm both conditions:
  1. Your role has Edit permission on the Goal Value object.
  2. The goal rule has Allow Personal Goal Editing checked.
  3. Both conditions are required.
