Use Product Rebate

Overview

Before you start

[!IMPORTANT] - The Customer Fund Account system is enabled, and account authorization and account validation rules are configured. - The rebate form has been posted to account. - The order has a Rebate Usage Rules available.

Use Product Rebate

1. Show the Customer Fund Account Component on the order.

1. Open Adjust Usage Details.

1. View the Available Rebate amount or quantity available under the current rule.
2. When the rebate is based on Designated Product, enter the quantity for each rebate product. The corresponding amount is calculated automatically.
3. When the rebate is based on a specified range of products, select the rebate form and then select the rebate product.

1. Make sure the usage for each rebate form does not exceed the remaining amount.
2. Make sure the total usage for all rebate forms does not exceed the current order limit.

What happens after usage

• Within the allowed rebate usage scope, the order writes back the usage result after you confirm the rebate products.
• The order adds rebate product lines, and the sales unit price and amount subtotal are both 0. Other fields, such as Allocated Amount and Subtotal After Expense Allocation, are affected. Other fields, such as Allocated Amount and Subtotal After Expense Allocation, are affected.
• Other fields, such as Allocated Amount and Subtotal After Expense Allocation, are affected.

Expected results and verification

• The order adds rebate product lines.
• The deal price and deal amount of the rebate product lines are 0.
• Rebate usage details show the rebate product records.

FAQ

• If rebate products cannot be selected, check the product conditions.
• If the rebate product quantity is incorrect, check the rebate form total and remaining amount.
