Create a receivable with quick receivable
Quick Receivable simplifies amount calculation and Product Details allocation for One-Time Receivable Creation. It is an efficiency capability for creating a Receivable, not an independent receivable creation scenario.
Before you start
- The administrator has Enabled Quick Receivable.
- The current Data Source entry is available.
- Prepare a Contract, Order, or Settlement that can be used to create a Receivable.
Method 1: Create from the Receivable page
- On the Receivable page, click New.
- In the Data Source options, select Contract, Order, or Settlement.
- Select the specific Data Source and open the Receivable allocation page.
- Enter the receivable amount, collection date, and other required information.
- Use Fill All or Fill Remaining Balance to complete the amount allocation.
- Confirm that the Pending Allocation Amount is zero.
- Click Next and submit the Receivable.
Method 2: Create from a Contract or Order details page
- On the Contract or Order details page, click Quick Receivable.
- In the simplified window, enter the receivable amount, installment information, date, and other required information.
- Check the allocation result generated by the system according to the rule.
- Submit and generate the Receivable.
[!NOTE] Method 2 requires Quick Receivable Automation Rules to be enabled, and the current Contract or Order must match a Configured rule.
Checks before submission
- The current receivable amount matches the business agreement.
- The Allocated Amount is distributed to Product Details.
- All Pending Allocation Amounts are distributed to Product Details.
- The Data Source matches the current Business Scenario.
