Quick start for business users: income management
Follow the shortest path for One-Time Receivable Creation and choose the appropriate receivable source.
Learning objectives
After completing this article, you can:
- Determine whether to create a Receivable from a Contract or Order, or from a Settlement.
- Enter the current receivable amount and distribute it to Product Details.
- Submit a Receivable and view the Pending Receivable Amount for a Settlement.
Before you start
- The administrator has enabled the receivable Data Source entry that you need.
- A Contract, Order, or Settlement exists and contains data that can be used to create a Receivable.
- If you create a Receivable from a Settlement, the Settlement Details contain a Settlement Amount.
Choose an operation path

Verify the result
After submission, confirm that the Receivable is saved. If you used a Settlement Data Source, also confirm that the Generated Receivable Amount and Pending Receivable Amount are updated.
