Capture information collected from Campaigns as Sales Leads.
Overview
The core value of a Campaign is continuous acquisition. Campaign Members and customer interest information move into Lead Management as Sales Leads, and the sales team can assign, follow up with, and convert them.
Before you begin
[!IMPORTANT] - Permission requirement: You need permission to view the target Campaign and Sales Leads. - Data requirement: Confirm that Campaign Members or customer interest information has been collected. - Responsibility boundary: Lead pool, duplicate check, and conversion rules are administrator configurations. This article does not cover them.
Capture Sales Leads from campaign information
- In the CRM front office, open the Campaign list page.

- Open the target Campaign from the list page.
- View Campaign Members or customer interest information.
- Decide whether the object should enter sales follow-up.

- Create or link a Sales Lead and capture Contact Information.

- Record the Campaign source on the Sales Lead.

- Submit the Sales Lead.
[!NOTE] Campaigns can collect customer interest and information through trade shows, search keyword campaigns, and promotional activities.
Follow up after the Sales Lead is created
- Open the linked Sales Lead.
- Check the company name, contact, and contact details.
- Complete Sales Lead assignment based on your business rules.
- Record the first Follow-up Behavior.
- Convert the Sales Lead after it becomes qualified.
Expected result and verification
- Open the target Campaign details page.
- View Sales Leads related to the Campaign.
- Open the corresponding Sales Lead details page.
- Confirm that the lead source can be traced to the Campaign.
- Confirm that the Sales Lead enters the next follow-up process.
FAQ and troubleshooting
