View account relationship graphs
Understand an Account’s relationship network and identify connections that can support engagement.
Overview
Account Hierarchy, Relationship Radar, and Business Relationship Graph show Account relationships from different perspectives.
Sales representatives can identify group structures, related companies, and internal connections. These graphs supplement the Account record but do not verify the strength of a relationship.
Before you begin
- You need permission to view the target Account.
- Your administrator has added the required components to the Account Details Page Layout.
- Feature availability depends on your product version and enabled capabilities.
View Account Hierarchy
- Go to CRM > Account and open the target Account.
- In the Account Hierarchy component, review the Upper-Level Account and Subordinate Account.
- Use the node information to identify groups, subsidiaries, and upstream or downstream Accounts.
If you have edit permission, use Add Superior, Add Subordinate, or Disassociate Parent. An Account can have only one parent Account.

Use Relationship Radar
- Open Relationship Radar from an Account, Contact, or Sales Lead Details page.
- Review the related Accounts, Contacts, and internal team members.
- Use owner and related team information to identify colleagues who can support engagement.

Note Relationship Radar fields and relationships might not be filtered by data permissions. Do not share information beyond your authorized work scope.
View Business Relationship Graph
- Open Business Relationship Graph on the Account details page.
- Review company executives, shareholders, external investments, branches, and other registry relationships.
- Before creating a related company as an Account, complete your organization’s Sales Lead or Account duplicate check and registration process.

Verify the result
- Confirm that each graph shows the expected companies and people.
- Compare the Account Hierarchy and company registry relationships with known information.
- Confirm that Related Teams and internal connections reflect actual working relationships.
- Manually verify any relationship before using it in sales engagement.
