Check duplicate lead data
Check for duplicate Leads.
Overview
When sales reps create Leads, duplicate checks help prevent redundant data and cross-rep ownership conflicts.
This keeps customer ownership healthy and supports a standardized sales process.

- In basic information, enter a mobile phone number or company name, then click Submit.

- If a conflict warning appears, click the link to view duplicate Leads.
- If the system blocks creation, change the mobile phone number or company name.
