Behavior points


Overview

Behavior Points accumulate scores based on user behavior and help you evaluate Lead intent.

Business value

Behavior Points add up values from a prospect’s marketing interactions. Sales reps can use points to identify intent and prioritize more active Leads.

Operating mechanism

Behavior Points follow the sequence of behavior occurrence, rule matching, point accumulation, and result display.

  • The scoring object currently supports only Sales Lead.
  • The Sales Lead object can have only one Behavior Points rule.
  • Behavior rules can add points or deduct points.
  • If rules conflict, matched rules take effect in sequence.
  • The system provides the Behavior Points numeric field by default to store the total score.
  • Administrators can also configure a single-select field to map score ranges to intent segments.

View points

  1. In the Sales Leads list, open the target Lead.
  2. On the details page, view the Behavior Points field.
  3. Click the point value to view each point detail.

Example

An administrator configures two rules:
  • Follow any official account to add 1 point.
  • Follow a specified official account to add 2 points.
When a Lead matches both rules, the system adds 3 points and generates two point detail records.
