Behavior points
Overview
Behavior Points accumulate scores based on user behavior and help you evaluate Lead intent.
Business value
Behavior Points add up values from a prospect’s marketing interactions.
Sales reps can use points to identify intent and prioritize more active Leads.

Differences from scorer
| Comparison item | Behavior Points | Scorer |
|---|---|---|
| Basis | User behavior | Lead object fields |
| Calculation method | Accumulates or deducts points by behavior | Recalculates after field changes |
| Business focus | Evaluates Lead intent | Evaluates Lead fit |
Example
An administrator configures two rules:
- Follow any official account to add 1 point.
- Follow a specified official account to add 2 points.
When a Lead matches both rules, the system adds 3 points and generates two point detail records.
