Contract progress management

Use Fulfillment Progress Management to track Contract execution with targets, metrics, and checkpoints, and identify overdue risks in time.

Overview

Contract Management supports Fulfillment Targets from Product Details to the whole Contract. On the Contract details page, maintain targets and compare the actual completed value with the target value and checkpoint logs.

Before you start

[!IMPORTANT] - Function Conditions: The administrator has authorized and enabled the Fulfillment Progress feature. - Page Conditions: The administrator has configured the Fulfillment Progress module or Tab on the Contract details page. - Rule Conditions: The administrator has configured available Fulfillment Progress rules.
For related backend configuration, see Contract Progress Configuration.

Open Fulfillment Progress

  1. On the Contract list page, open the target Contract.
  2. On the Contract details page, open the Fulfillment Progress module or Tab.
  3. View the existing Fulfillment Targets for the Contract.

Set a Fulfillment Target

Set the achievement date

  1. In the Fulfillment Progress module, create or open a Fulfillment Target.
  2. Set the planned completion deadline in Deadline Date.
  3. Save the target date.
If the actual execution date reaches the Deadline Date but the target value is Not Completed, the system marks the target as Overdue.

Add a fulfillment metric

  1. In the Fulfillment Target, click Add for a metric item.
  2. Select the assessment Content from the available metrics.
  3. Select a metric value such as a Contract Product, Product Category, or Contract Amount.
  4. Enter the target value.
  5. Save the metric.
Available metrics are determined by backend rules. Actual execution data can come from a Contract, Sales Order, or other target Object.

Add a checkpoint

  1. In the Fulfillment Target, add a checkpoint.
  2. Enter the checkpoint execution information.
  3. Save the checkpoint.
The system records the checkpoint execution result and timestamp in the Execution Log.

In the Fulfillment Progress module on the Contract details page, view:
  • The completion Status of each Fulfillment Target.
