Copy and bulk edit price books
Quickly create similar price books and maintain prices in bulk.
Copy a price book
When you need a price book similar to an existing one:
- Go to
CRM > Price Books. - Find the source price book.
- Click Copy.
- Change the name and applicable scope.
- Wait for the copy to finish. A CRM notification shows the result because copying price book details can take time.
Common scenarios
- Copy “2025 Annual Price Book” to create “2026 Annual Price Book”.
- Copy “East China Promotion Price” to create “South China Promotion Price”, and change only the applicable organization.
Bulk edit price book details
Use bulk editing when you need to adjust prices for multiple products.
Bulk change prices
- Select multiple records in the price book details.
- Use bulk edit to update prices or discounts together.
Bulk change validity periods
- Select multiple details and set their start or end times together.
## Notes- Change the copied price book name to avoid duplicates.
- Confirm the impact on existing order price retrieval before bulk editing.
Configuration terminology
Use Batch Edit to update a Product Price across selected price book details.
