Issue or claim Coupons
Understand the relationship between issue, claim, and Coupon Instances.
Overview
A Coupon Program is only a rule template.
The enterprise must issue the program to target Accounts.
After an Account claims it, the system generates a usable Coupon Instance.
For example, after a 100-10 program is issued to an Account, the system still needs to generate an instance under that Account.
The Account can use it only when placing an order.

Issuing Coupons is performed in ShareMarketing.
Claiming Coupons is performed in ShareOrder.
Sales management configuration focuses on programs, instances, and order usage results.

- Confirm that a Coupon Instance has been generated under the Account.
- Confirm that the Usage Status of the instance is Not Used.
- Confirm that the program associated with the instance is still within the validity period.
Configuration that affects sales usage
- Enable Status: Only enabled Coupon Programs can generate new Coupon Instances.
- Effective Date and Expiration Date: Determine the time range in which the instance is available.
- Threshold Amount and Face Value: Determine whether the order reaches the usage threshold and the deduction amount.
- Product condition: Determines which products the order must Include before the Coupon can be used.
- Mutual exclusion: Determines whether the Coupon can be used with a Pricing Policy or Rebate.
For example, when Threshold Amount is 100 and Face Value is 10, it means reduce 10 when the order reaches 100.
If the product condition requires 500 ml beverage products, the order must Include eligible products.
