Configure quota limits
Control the target accounts and quantity for promotion benefit distribution.
Overview
Pricing policy detail quota limits manage quota and quantity rules. They limit promotion benefit distribution, keep promotion costs within a controlled range, and distribute promotion benefits to accounts more reasonably.
Before you begin
[!IMPORTANT] - Role permissions: You need permission to query pricing policies and pricing rules. - Prerequisite configuration: A pricing policy and pricing rules have been created. - Business preparation: Confirm the control object, scope, and limit type.
Quota control scope
| Scope | Description |
|---|---|
| Limit by rule | Limits each rule in a pricing policy separately. |
| Limit by policy | Limits multiple rules of the same type under the same policy at the same time. |


Quota control objects
Quota limits can be controlled by these objects:
- Account.
- Area.
- Distributor.
- All.

Limit types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Gift quantity limit | Controls the number of gifts distributed. |
| Gift amount limit | Controls the amount represented by gifts. |
| Promoted product quantity limit | Controls the quantity of promoted products participating in the promotion. |
| Promoted product benefit amount limit | Controls the benefit amount available to promoted products. |


Configuration steps
- Open the target pricing policy.
- Go to pricing policy detail quota limit configuration.
- Select the quota control scope.
- Select the quota control object.
- Select the limit type.
- Set the quota or quantity value.
- Save the configuration.
Expected result and verification
- Create a test order that meets pricing policy conditions.
- Enter products and quantities near the quota limit boundary.
- Execute the pricing policy.
- Check whether the benefit is controlled by the quota limit rule.
