Account Retention Limit calculations
| Configuration | Effect |
|---|---|
| Account Pool Accounts count | Pool and self-owned Accounts both count toward the limit |
| Account Pool Accounts do not count | The Account Pool Claim Limit controls claimed Accounts separately |
| Converted Accounts count | Accounts with Closed Won status and Multiple Deals count toward the limit |
| Converted Accounts do not count | Only Accounts that are Not Closed count toward the limit |
| No matching rule | The user or department has no Account Retention Limit |
