Account Retention Limit calculations

Configuration Effect
Account Pool Accounts count Pool and self-owned Accounts both count toward the limit
Account Pool Accounts do not count The Account Pool Claim Limit controls claimed Accounts separately
Converted Accounts count Accounts with Closed Won status and Multiple Deals count toward the limit
Converted Accounts do not count Only Accounts that are Not Closed count toward the limit
No matching rule The user or department has no Account Retention Limit
