Withdrawal rules and priority reference
Overview
Compare withdrawal logic for Account Pool and non-pool Accounts.
Applicable Scope
| Item | Account Pool withdrawal rule | Non-pool Account rule |
|---|---|---|
| Applies to | Claimed Account Pool Accounts | Accounts that do not belong to any Account Pool |
| Rule scope | Account filter conditions | Department and Account filter conditions |
| Destination | Current or another Account Pool | Specified Account Pool |
| Default behavior | No automatic withdrawal when no rule matches | No automatic withdrawal when no department rule is configured |
Priority
When an Account matches several rules, the rule with the highest priority applies. For a user in multiple departments, specify which department rule applies.
Include elapsed days
After a rule changes, including elapsed days deducts time already passed. Excluding elapsed days starts a new calculation when the new rule takes effect.
Follow-up determination
New Sales Records, Opportunities, completed deals, or other actions can count as follow-up. Account behavior rules define the final calculation.
