Chats is an organization-level instant messaging tool that supports internal members of the organization and members of upstream and downstream interconnected organizations to communicate around work and CRM business data.
Core capabilities
- Individual chat and group chat: Send messages and have instant discussions around work content.
- Group collaboration: Use group capabilities such as group notifications, voting, billboards, and historical message sharing.
