View and publish feeds content
Centrally publish, filter and process collaborative information related to yourself in Feeds.
View work information
- Go to Work > Feeds.
- In the left navigation area, select Feeds, Workspace, or My Messages.
- In the search area at the top, enter keywords.
- In the information display area, filter by type, time, sponsor or department.
- Click See more to view the complete content.

Feeds on the web and PC are mainly composed of the following areas:
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Left navigation | Access to Feeds, Workspace, My Messages, Collections, Topics and more tools |
| Top Search | Find visible job information by keyword |
| Creation area | Create a Post, Report, Approval, Task, Announcement, Note, or Sales Record |
| Information display area | Browse summaries, filter updates and open details |
| Auxiliary area on the right | Use shortcut capabilities such as address book, star colleagues, and calendar event |
Publish work information
- At the top of Feeds, select Post, Report, Approval, Task, Announcement, Note, or Sales Record.
- Fill in the content required by the current record type.
- Select Cc Scope, participants or related business data as needed.
- Select the action shown on the form, such as Submit.
The specific publishable types depend on the application, role permissions, and business configuration.
Process information
For authorized work information, you can perform the following operations:
- Reply or @relevant person.
- Like, favorite or follow.
- Set reminders.
- Forward to Chats by permission.
The information flow displays a summary by default. Click View More to enter complete details. Replying, forwarding and viewing details are all controlled by the visibility range of the original data; seeing the Feeds entry does not mean that all updates can be viewed.
Use personal categories
- Sent by me: View the information you posted.
- @My: View information mentioning yourself in the text or reply.
- My Replies: View the replies received or sent in the work messages you sent.
- My Collection: View content collected in Chats and Feeds.
- My Topics: Manage topics related to yourself.
Common navigation also includes:
- Workspace: Centralized access to reports, approvals, tasks and calendar events.
- My Messages: View receipts, @My, @Department, replies, likes and group notifications.
- My Collection: View your collections from Chats and Feeds in one place.
- More: Access tools such as voting, my attention, announcements, topics, fieldwork and form queries.
The information display area supports filtering by type, creation time, initiator, department and keyword combination. The display order of some categories can be adjusted in More.
“@My” can also distinguish “@My work” in the body text and “@My reply” in the reply area. The order of the main menu on the left side of Feeds and the overall module layout of Feeds cannot currently be adjusted by yourself.
Draft and Cc Scope rules
- When creating a report, sales record, share or announcement from Feeds, the page will load the latest corresponding draft in the draft box by default. You should confirm whether the current content is from an old draft before publishing.
- When CCing a department, the system will parse the department into specific personnel when publishing. The subsequent addition or deletion of employees in the department will not automatically change the Cc Scope of the historical feed.
- Cc Scope only provides viewing permission and does not generate a forced reminder. When a clear reminder or confirmation is required, @ or a receipt should be used.
