Feeds overview
Feeds is a workbench that aggregates organization collaborative information. Employees can centrally view and process reports, tasks, approvals, calendar events, announcements, Sales Record and other work information related to themselves.
Core capabilities
- Aggregate personal work items by categories such as “I sent” and “I received”.
- Filter feed activity by type, time, creator, and keywords.
- Reply, @, like, favorite, follow or repost the authorized content.
- Quickly publish reports, sales records, tasks, calendar events, sharing and announcements, etc.
- Associate content such as reports, calendar events, and Sales Records with CRM business data.
- Display the business dynamics that upstream and downstream members have permission to view in an interconnected scenario.
Data and permissions
Feeds do not copy business data independently, but aggregate the information of each collaborative object according to Feed permissions. The actual visible scope may be affected by object data permissions, Cc Scope, creator or participant identity, interconnection roles, and page configuration.

Administrators can configure the “Feeds-New” and “Feeds-View” components to the CRM homepage or the homepage of downstream interconnected applications. Upstream and downstream support different post types for publishing, viewing, and forwarding, which are subject to the current organization activation capabilities and page configuration.
