Configure calendar sharing and conflict rules


Control who can view your calendar and receive reminders when events conflict.

Configure calendar sharing

  1. In the upper-right corner of Calendar, select Edit.
  2. On Share Settings, turn on Enable Sharing.
  3. Under Share free/busy time only, add colleagues who can view only your availability.
  4. Under Share the full schedule (including the meetings I am attending), add colleagues who can view event details.
  5. Set Public Visibility Starts From. Events before this date are not visible to the selected colleagues.
  6. Select Confirm.
Configure calendar event sharing range

View colleagues’ calendar events

  1. In the upper left corner of the calendar event app, click View Colleagues.
  2. Add colleagues who have shared their calendar event with you.
  3. Select colleagues to view their calendar events.

Set conflict reminder

  1. In the calendar event application, go to Settings > Calendar event Conflict Settings.
  2. Turn on conflict reminder.
  3. Set a fixed reminder time.
  4. Save the settings.
Conflict reminders appear in Chats > Calendar event Conflict Reminders.

Automatic carbon copy rules

When creating a new calendar event, the system defaults to the Cc Scope of the last newly created calendar event. You can delete the range with one click and select it again.
