Calendar and reminders FAQ
Why do calendar applications, feeds, and calendar object lists display different data?
- The calendar event application mainly displays the calendar event of the current user as a participant.
- Feeds mainly displays calendar events copied to the current user.
- The calendar event object list displays data based on the current user’s calendar event basic data permissions.
Whether the same calendar event is visible needs to be determined based on the current entry, participants, Cc Scope and object data permissions.
Does ShareCRM calendar event support recurring calendar events?
Yes. When creating a calendar event, you can set recurrence rules if the page provides the option.
When Outlook recurring calendar event is synchronized to ShareCRM, will all instances be synchronized?
No. Currently, only the first item of the recurring calendar event is synchronized.
Is third-party calendar synchronization necessarily two-way?
uncertain. The actual synchronization direction is subject to the synchronization rules configured by the administrator for the current tenant.
After canceling the blocking of CRM notifications, will the messages during the blocking period be displayed again?
Yes. Notification blocking and classification filtering have been generally available; after the blocking is cancelled, messages of the same type generated during the blocking period will be re-displayed.
What modules does CRM Notifications automatic translation support?
Currently, automatic translation only supports CRM Notifications, and organizations still need to apply for phased release. It cannot be inferred that Chats or Feeds content will also be automatically translated.
Why is there no certain message category in CRM Notifications?
Only when the current user has received a certain type of message, the corresponding category will be displayed. You should also check the current user’s business permissions, process participation, and the activation scope of the target message type.
