Where is Collaborative Approval configured?
Collaborative Approval is built through object capabilities. Administrators configure record types, fields, page layouts, role function permissions, and data permissions in the preset objects corresponding to Collaborative Approval.
Does Collaborative Approval support saving drafts?
Yes. After filling out the approval form, you can publish it directly, or you can save the draft and continue filling it in.
Does Collaborative Approval support fixed approval process and sending scope?
Not supported. The approver is selected by the initiator when creating a new approval. By default, the approval is only visible to the initiator and approver.
Does Collaborative Approval support finding associated objects and creating functions?
Yes. Administrators can configure search associations based on object fields, or create approval data through functions based on object capabilities.
Can the Collaborative Approval message add display fields by itself?
No. Collaborative Approval uses the system’s default message, and administrators cannot add fields displayed in the message themselves.
Does Collaborative Approval support query statistics and batch export?
Currently, approval query statistics and batch export capabilities are not provided.
Does Collaborative Approval support one-click approval of all to-dos?
Not supported, you need to open and approve each item one by one.
Will leave and business trip approval be synchronized with work status or attendance?
No. Leave and business trip approvals will not automatically synchronize employee work status, nor do they support synchronization to attendance rules.
