Troubleshooting
This page provides cross-module troubleshooting paths organized by phenomenon, and does not replace manual confirmation of common problems.
Relationship to FAQ
- Troubleshooting Answer “When a certain type of phenomenon occurs, in what order should the cause be located?” For example, first check the activation scope, then check the permissions, layout, data status and client entry point.
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Answer “a definite answer to a clear question”, such as whether a certain capability is supported, what is the maximum quantity, or why a certain data is not visible.
- For the same question, you can first locate the module it belongs to through this page, and then enter FAQ Navigation to view the confirmed answer; FAQs that have not been manually confirmed do not replace product conclusions.
No apps, portals or buttons visible
Check in the following order:
- First check the Capability opening scope and restrictions to confirm whether the capability is generally available, requires phased release application, or needs to be activated separately by message type.
- Whether the current user is within the visible range of the application.
- Whether the current role has corresponding function permissions and data permissions.
- Whether the object capability has been assigned record type and page layout.
- Whether the current entry point and client support this operation.
Administrators can enter the corresponding configuration article from Configuration Overview. The task also needs to check Inlet Adaptation Range and Activation Range.
Can see the data but cannot create or edit it
- Check whether the role only has view permissions and lacks new, edit or process permissions.
- Check whether the record type and layout are assigned to the current role.
- Check if the data state allows the current action.
- Check whether the current entry point still uses a different form, or has not yet adapted to the target capabilities.
When it comes to approval, check whether the current role has been assigned Collaborative Approval record type, page layout, and create or process permissions. For configuration instructions, see Configuring Collaborative Approval.

Still can’t tell
Record the organization, user role, client, operation entry point, target data, actual phenomenon and occurrence time, and then submit it to product support staff for confirmation. Don’t just provide “feature is not available”, otherwise it will be difficult to distinguish between connectivity, permissions, configuration, data status, and product limitations.
