Configure CRM notification display and synchronization

Confirm the activation scope of CRM Notifications and the synchronization boundary of the third-party platform.

Notification display rules

CRM Notifications categories are dynamically displayed based on the messages actually received by the user. When the user has never received a certain type of notification, the corresponding menu will not be permanently displayed.

Automatic translation

Automatic translation of CRM Notifications is a phased-release feature. After activation, employees need to select the target language in personal language and time zone settings and enable translation in CRM Notifications. Currently the automatic translation module only supports CRM Notifications.

Third-party platform synchronization

Some messages in CRM Notifications can be synchronized to WeCom. Different message types use their own activation scope:
Message type WeCom synchronization instructions
CRM notification You need to activate the ability to synchronize CRM notification messages with WeCom
Approval message Use according to tenant’s existing capacity
Sales Record @ Message Need to activate Sales Record @ reminder synchronization capability
Report subscription Requires activation of BI report message synchronization WeCom capability
CRM notification blocking settings will take effect simultaneously on supported third-party platforms. Each type of message uses an independent activation scope. Just because the approval message is available, it cannot be inferred that the Sales Record @ reminder or BI report subscription has also been activated.

Online check

  1. Confirm that the capabilities required for the target message type have been enabled.
  2. Use the test account to trigger the target message type.
  3. Check the categories and copywriting in CRM Notifications.
  4. Check whether the third-party platform has received the message.
  5. If you need to verify notification blocking, go to the CRM Notifications Operation Guide on the employee side to check.
