Business Collaboration connects communication, reporting, tasks, approvals, and calendars. It helps teams collaborate around CRM data.
Key benefits
Business Collaboration brings employee communication and CRM data into the same work environment. Employees can:
- Use Chats for instant communication and create business groups around accounts and other CRM records.
- Use Feeds to view and process reports, tasks, approvals, calendar events, and announcements.
- Submit Reports to report progress and receive feedback from reviewers.
- Use Sales Records to preserve the account follow-up history.
- Assign Tasks and track their status.
- Use collaborative approvals for leave, expenses, business travel, and other requests.
- Manage time in Calendar and collaborate across organizations when cross-organization features are enabled.
- Process system notifications and work messages in CRM Notifications.
