How the capabilities work together
- Chats carries real-time communication, and the business group connects communication with specific CRM data.
- Feeds carries asynchronous collaboration information and aggregates feeds such as reports, tasks, approvals, calendar events, announcements, and Sales Record.
- Report, Sales Record, Tasks and Calendar event can be associated with CRM business data and displayed to Feeds according to permissions.
- interconnected Chats, interconnected Feeds and interconnected calendars extend some collaboration capabilities to upstream and downstream organization members.
- CRM Notifications centrally receives system notifications, process messages and collaborative interaction messages, and can be synchronized to third-party platforms according to the scope of activation.
