Feature availability and limitations

This page focuses on the current open scope of Business Collaboration capabilities. Administrators can use this to confirm whether the organization needs to apply for phased release or open it separately. Employees can also first determine whether the entry point is not displayed and whether it is related to the open status.
[!IMPORTANT] This page is a unified entry point to phased release and open status. Articles on each function continue to explain specific operations, permissions, and usage restrictions; FAQs are used to explain specific fault phenomena, and a complete phased release list will not be maintained repeatedly. Whether an organization has activated a certain capability still needs to be based on the actual configuration of the current organization.

The following capabilities are not available by default for all organizations. When it is not activated, the relevant entry points, fields, buttons or processing methods may not be displayed.

Synchronization capabilities that need to be activated separately by message type

When CRM messages are synchronized to WeCom, different message types are controlled separately. Just because one message can be synchronized, it does not mean that other messages have been enabled.

Troubleshoot unavailable capabilities

  1. Check the opening status of this page first: Confirm whether the capability is generally available, requires phased release application, or needs to be enabled individually by message type.
  2. Check the organization configuration again: Confirm that the current organization has indeed been activated, and complete the application visible range, record type and page layout configuration.
  3. Check user permissions: Confirm that the current role has corresponding function permissions and data permissions.
  4. Check portal and client: Confirm that the current Web, App or H5 portal supports this operation.
  5. Check external conditions: Third-party calendar, WeCom synchronization and interconnected collaboration also need to complete authorization, membership and platform configuration.
