After logging in to a sandbox, you can configure and test features in an isolated environment.
[!WARNING] Sandbox login URLs, user password rules, and disable policies require manual review.

Before you begin

  • The sandbox has been created successfully.
  • You have sandbox access permission.
  • You have obtained the sandbox login URL.

Step 1: Get the login URL

  1. In the admin backend, go to Environment Management > Sandbox Management.
  2. In the sandbox list, find the target sandbox.
  3. In the action area, view or copy the Login URL.
To log in to a sandbox, you need the sandbox environment’s login URL and enter it in the browser.

Step 2: Open the sandbox login page

  1. Enter the sandbox login URL in the browser address bar.
  2. Press Enter.

Step 3: Enter the account information

  1. On the login page, enter your user account.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click Log In.

Expected results and validation

After a successful login, the system enters the sandbox environment. The page should display the current environment identifier.
[!NOTE] The original manual states that a sandbox copies all users from the production environment and that user passwords match the production environment. Except for users with administrator permission in the production environment, users created in the sandbox are not allowed to log in. This rule requires manual review.
