Overview
The Personnel field allows you to select an activated user from the system. It applies to business scenarios such as setting the owner, handler, or approver. You can restrict the personnel selection scope, and the field can serve as a filter condition for roll-up summary fields and lookup relationship fields.

Configuration guidelines
- When a Personnel field is referenced, the “Filterable” option is forced to “No.”
- The Personnel field can serve as a filter condition for roll-up summary fields and lookup relationship fields.
- The owner and owner department fields can be modified only on the create page. They cannot be modified on the edit page. Use buttons and functions to change these values.
