The Personnel (Multi-Select) field allows you to select multiple activated users from the system simultaneously. It applies to business scenarios such as co-owners, collaborative handlers, and project team members. You can restrict the personnel selection scope, and the field can serve as a filter condition for roll-up summary fields and lookup relationship fields.
