Switch and manage personal CRM homepages
Use a personal CRM homepage to customize your workspace.
Overview
You can switch among the CRM homepages that your administrator assigns to you. If personal homepages are enabled, you can also create and manage your own homepage. Your personal homepage does not affect other users.
Before you begin
[!IMPORTANT] - Permissions: You need access to the CRM application. - Configuration: Your administrator must configure an applicable CRM homepage. - Applicable Scope: You can see only homepages whose Applicable Scope includes you.
Switch CRM homepages
- Open homepage settings in the upper-right corner of CRM.
- Select the target CRM homepage.
- Select the homepage name.
- Verify that CRM opens the selected homepage.

Manage a personal CRM homepage
- Open homepage settings in the upper-right corner of CRM.
- Select Manage.

- Select New on the personal CRM homepage management page.

- Enter a homepage name, priority, and description.
- Select a page layout.
- Drag components onto the layout.
- Select Save.

Configuration recommendations
| Setting | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Homepage name | Use a name related to your work scenario, such as My Follow-up Workspace. |
| Number of components | Prioritize frequently used components and keep the page concise. |
| Component order | Place to-do items and key metrics near the top. |
| Application scope | A personal homepage applies only to the current user. |
Considerations
- Personal homepages do not affect tenant-level homepages.
- A homepage with a higher priority appears earlier in the list.
- The system might remember the homepage that you opened most recently.
Expected result
After saving, you can select and use your personal homepage from the CRM homepage list.
