View, process, and pause Business Process tasks from the To-Do Center.

Overview

After a Business Process starts, the system sends task to-dos to handlers according to the process configuration. Handlers can view tasks in the To-Do Center, process tasks, put tasks On Hold, continue tasks, or View Full Process.
Business Process tasks are usually processed in the To-Do Center or on an object details page. You can filter pending tasks in the to-do list, or open the task details page to view the process stage, task content, related data, business object details, and process logs.

Core business content

When you start and handle a Business Process, you mainly perform the following tasks:
  • View Business Process to-dos: Go to To-Do Center > My To-Dos and open the Business Process category. View pending tasks by business category, such as work order, contract document, Account, or Sales Contract.
  • Filter to-do tasks: The Business Process list supports filters by to-do status, Record Type, Task Start Time, Amount, and other conditions. You can also clear external filter values and query again.
  • Switch display views: The to-do list supports list and card displays for different business scenarios.
  • Process tasks in batches: If the page supports Batch Operation options, use Batch Approval or another batch entry to process multiple Business Process tasks.
  • View Basic Info: In task details, view the process Name, process start time, task-related object, task-related data, Task Start Time, and Current Handler.
  • View process progress: View the Current Stage, stage tasks, pending status, and the View Full Process entry.
  • Fill in or Edit Approval Content: For approval business tasks, fill in or edit approval content as required, such as Account, subject, priority, category, description, and status.
  • Submit processing comments: Enter approval comments and use buttons such as Save and Approve, Disapprove, or On Hold to process the task.
  • Handle stage tasks: On the object details page, view current stage tasks and click Fill In, Approve, Disapprove, or On Hold as required to advance the process.
  • Run task operations: Depending on permissions and node configuration, the page might support Change Handler, Pre-assign, urging, forwarding, termination, and View Full Process.
  • View business object details: In task details, view business object fields, summary information, details, detail lines, Business Process, Approval Process, Modification Record, and other related information.
  • Use object page operations: At the top of the object details page, you might be able to edit, Change Owner, Initiate Business Process, Void, Lock, Copy, or run other business operations. The actual options depend on object permissions and page configuration.
