Enable Customer Fund Accounts
Customer Fund Account is an independently paid module. Enterprises that need Prepaid Deposit, rebate, or credit management can purchase it. After purchase, you can turn on the Customer Fund Account module manually. A Customer Fund Account is the general name for prepaid balance, rebate, credit, and other funds owned by an account. It is used for daily order settlement and validation. For prepaid accounts, the account can place an order only when the Account Balance is sufficient.
- Basic capabilities
Manually create income and expense flow and Update the Account Balance. Orders also support wallet payment.
- Validation rules
Set direct deduction or Validate Deduction rules as needed.
- Direct deduction: for example, deduct the order amount after order approval.
-
Validate Deduction: for example, occupy Account Balance when the order is submitted, then deduct the Account Balance after shipment confirmation.
- Business access
Customer Fund Account management adds Wallet authorization, including posting authorization and expense authorization. Posting authorization supports specified Standard Object records and all custom objects. Admins can configure it as needed.
For detailed capabilities, see Customer Fund Account.

After Customer Fund Account is enabled, rebates can be used. Rebates support returning an amount or returning products.
