ShareOrder channel management preset reports
ShareOrder includes ShareOrder channel management preset reports out of the box.
The system presets 21 reports, including new channel login activity, and adds upstream and downstream groups. For new enterprises, report installation is optimized to get the latest configuration package version automatically. This report upgrade improves data insight and supports operations decisions.
Other operations reports
After ordering customers place daily orders in ShareOrder, ShareOrder automatically generates some reports from transaction records. The report menu is not integrated into downstream ShareOrder yet, but you can add preset reports to the home page by configuring web and Mobile Client page views. Ordering customers can view them and use them as a reference for operations strategy.

Dealer Target Management
In upstream admin, use a Goal Rule to set periodic Target Management goals for each dealer, and configure an account-themed goal chart. Then ShareOrder shows each goal attainment rate, mainly for real-time monitoring and managing dealer performance goals.

Preset channel login daily report
Report 1: Downstream daily login channel count summary: counts how many downstream companies sign in to ShareOrder to order each day.
It is also preset in the Channel ordering management reports data cockpit. This is for new enterprises only. Existing enterprises need to drag it into the cockpit manually.
Downstream reports show no data?
If Downstream cannot view report data, check the following in order. If it still cannot be viewed, contact ShareCRM to investigate.
- First, have account data permission.
- Next, have function permission on the metric object.
- Report metrics showing
--versus0:0means no data.--means the current viewer’s role has no function permission on the metric statistics object. - After you change function permission and data permission, BI needs some time to sync, sometimes about 10 minutes.
- For no-data issues, this chart is account-themed and follows account permission. Check whether the current viewer has account-object data permission in the ShareOrder app. CRM accounts need the downstream enterprise added as an external team.
