Announcements
Upstream manufacturers or dealers can use the announcements app to send announcements downstream:
WeChat Mini Program subscription notification scenarios
After this capability is enabled, buyers can subscribe to messages when placing an order in the WeChat Mini Program mall. The system then pushes one message to WeChat service notifications at the matching time.
Selecting the message opens the specified Mini Program mall page so buyers can follow business updates.
Example: Buyer A submits order FS1001 in the Mini Program mall and subscribes to Order shipped notification. After FS1001 is shipped, the buyer receives the shipping reminder:
Notes:
- Messages are sent only after the user subscribes. If the user does not subscribe and selects keep this choice, the subscribe dialog does not appear again and no push messages are received. This is WeChat official behavior.
- Each subscription allows one message. If the user rejects subscription or the push quota is used up, the message cannot be sent. This is WeChat official behavior.
Public Mini Program ShareCRM ShareOrder Pro subscription notification
For the public Mini Program ShareCRM ShareOrder Pro, the available subscription messages and the times when users are asked to subscribe are as follows:
NOTE: Service notification content from the public Mini Program ShareCRM ShareOrder Pro cannot be customized yet.
Enable subscription notifications for a dedicated Mini Program
NOTE: Dedicated Mini Programs currently reuse the public Mini Program templates. Custom message templates will be supported later.
Add the Merchant self-operated - apparel and underwear category
WeChat limits subscription message templates by Mini Program service category. To use the system default templates, include the Merchant self-operated - apparel and underwear category.
Have the account Mini Program admin use QR Code Login to open Mini Program Setup at https://mp.weixin.qq.com/. Sign in with the Mini Program, not the official account.
Add the Merchant self-operated - apparel and underwear category.
Path: Settings > Basic Settings > Service category > Details > Add category
Configure message templates
After you add the system default category Merchant self-operated - apparel and underwear, configure the four system default templates under that category.
Path: Settings > Features > Subscription messages > My templates > Select
Under the apparel and underwear category, select the same template title and keywords as the system default templates. Otherwise message push and content can be incorrect:
Configure the preset templates and keywords exactly as in the table.
NOTE: After you complete the configuration, contact product and R&D so backend settings can be updated. Otherwise the dedicated Mini Program cannot take effect.
Expected results
Use a test account to confirm the saved settings take effect on the related pages and records.
Undo or roll back
Return to the configuration entry, restore the previous switch, layout, or rule values, and re-verify with a test account.
