Brand owner: set the ShareCRM app page for terminal ordering users

Follow the Partner Portals app page procedure and assign Partner Portals to ordinary ordering users.
Path: Setup > External Association > Channel Customization > Partner Portals > Custom Homepages
Sign in to the ShareCRM app with the PC account, then select the ShareOrder app to place orders.

ShareOrder service account

After ShareOrder is purchased, the ShareOrder service account sends a notice to the ordering admin. The admin selects the link and opens the Order Management app.
Ordering admins can view business notices in the service account, such as order and Payment approval notices. The service account also provides Latest announcements (new ShareOrder features and notes), Help center (ShareOrder product manuals), and View orders.
After purchase, the service account notifies the admin. The admin opens mall configuration in Order Management, turns on ShareOrder manually, and confirms again. This second confirmation reduces the risk of automatic enablement.
You can also view purchased apps in Administration > External Management > External Apps.

Initialization notes

After ShareOrder is enabled, the system initializes in-process capabilities. It adds some logic and slightly limits some previous capabilities. See the table.

Expected results

Use a test account to confirm the saved settings take effect on the related pages and records.

Undo or roll back

Return to the configuration entry, restore the previous switch, layout, or rule values, and re-verify with a test account.
