Maintain accounts, contacts, and ordering accounts

Create ordering accounts

After ShareOrder is enabled, the system adds the Order Management app. In that app, follow the setup guide to build the mall quickly and create External Users.

Path: Order Management > Mall Settings > External Users

NOTE:

First add the downstream account as an External Organizations record.
Creating an external account in Order Management is a shortcut. You can also use Setup > External Management > External Users.
External Users created in Order Management receive the Ordering clerk role by default. Adjust the role function permission in Setup.

To create downstream ordering accounts: Order Management > Mall Settings > Ordering Accounts. Select Add account, then select the account and contacts. The system can batch-create ShareOrder users for the selected contacts under that account. You do not need to add an External Organizations record separately.

Sign in to the ordering mall

After External Users are created, downstream dealers can sign in to the ordering mall. The mall supports Mini Program, ShareCRM app, and web sign-in. It also supports WeChat service account binding.

When you create a connected enterprise, choose whether it has a tenant:

If you enable a ShareCRM tenant, users with a ShareCRM account can open ShareOrder from ShareCRM (tenanted).
If you do not enable a ShareCRM tenant, users can sign in with WeChat Login or Account & Password Login, then order in ShareOrder from the Mini Program or service account (tenantless).

Platform Mini Program

The Mini Program provides a native Mini Program and a Mini Program H5 shell. The H5 shell supports PaaS low-code extensions, including APL and PWC plugins.

Native Mini Program: dealers search WeChat Mini Programs for ShareOrder Pro, bind a mobile number, and authorize sign-in. The Mini Program also provides a trial mode. WeChat users who are not registered contacts can try ShareOrder features.

Mini Program H5 shell: dealers search WeChat Mini Programs for ShareOrder Lite, bind a mobile number, and authorize sign-in.

Dedicated Mini Program

If a brand owner wants to show its own brand, it can apply for a dedicated Mini Program. Enterprises that use a dedicated Mini Program see the enterprise-specific name and icon at sign-in.

Sign in from the ShareCRM app

Ordering accounts are tenantless by default. The dealer has no CRM tenant and only has an ordering user. In 1+N mode, the dealer has its own CRM tenant, so ordering users created by the brand owner can sign in from the ShareCRM app.

For a tenanted downstream, the dealer creates User accounts for its employees and they receive an SMS notice. After an admin sets a User as the contact person of the External Organizations record, that User can see ShareOrder in External Management in the ShareCRM app.

Sign in from the web

Users can also sign in on the web. In a browser, open https://fxiaoke.com/qd, then sign in by WeChat scan or account and password.

NOTE: Tenantless downstream users can use WeChat Login or Account & Password Login with a mobile number. Tenanted users can sign in from the ShareCRM main site.

Sign in from a WeChat service account

If the brand owner has its own WeChat service account, add ShareOrder to the service account menu. Dealers can then select the menu and open ShareOrder.

Authorize and bind the WeChat official account first, then configure the service account menu.

Open ShareOrder from WeCom

ShareOrder (specifically the upstream Order Management app) is listed in the WeCom app market under supply chain management. The listing uses the WeCom platform to increase product exposure, brand visibility, and the Promotion Channel.

After listing, users can search the WeCom app market, add a trial, and purchase ShareOrder (the upstream Order Management app). The result and feature scope match using Order Management in ShareCRM.

NOTE: Downstream channel ordering still uses the WeChat Mini Program ShareOrder Pro. After the limited-rollout of Mini Program to H5, it uses the WeChat Mini Program ShareOrder Lite.

Expected results

Use a test account to confirm the saved settings take effect on the related pages and records.

Undo or roll back

Return to the configuration entry, restore the previous switch, layout, or rule values, and re-verify with a test account.
