Parts mall configuration
Business scenario
Some manufacturing accounts, such as machinery and industrial equipment, sell both finished goods and Parts. Category dimensions, ordering experience, price control, and purchasing teams differ, so they want separate entries for complete-machine ordering and Parts ordering. The Parts mall shows only Parts-related content and categories.
On top of the existing B2B mall, ShareOrder provides a Parts mall that you can configure in ShareService to close the service loop.

Parts ordering
After you enable it, click Settings to configure the Parts mall, including mobile app views and role permission. Then use it like ShareOrder.
NOTE: The Parts mall supports only H5 or the ShareCRM App. There is no public Mini Program. Bind a WeChat Service Account or use the ShareCRM App.

Web ordering
Assign the Parts mall External Apps to order clerks. Downstream users switch apps to order.
Select Parts from a complete machine
The Parts Mall External Apps add a Select Parts from Complete Machine component. After the admin configures it, dealers or end users click Select Parts from Complete Machine on the site to see a product explosion view. The explosion view shows part location, hierarchy, and relationships. Users click a part to locate matching Parts, reduce identification errors, and shorten selection time.

NOTE: This depends on switches. Enable CPQ configuration and turn on explosion-view quoting. You must first purchase the OCR Text Recognition Resource Pack - General Recognition (High-Precision Location) before you can enable product explosion view.
After you enable explosion view, click Configure Explosion View in the upper right of the sales BOM details page.
On the explosion-view configuration page, if OCR recognition quota is enough, the system recognizes part numbers. On the left sales BOM list, select the matching part number in Drawing Number to complete matching.
