Prerequisites: Prepare test accounts, products, and price data.
Steps
ShareOrder Lite Mini Program hosting (customize a company-dedicated Mini Program)
Requirement background
ShareOrder Lite supports rolling out the WeChat Mini Program as an H5 shell Mini Program. It supports low-code capabilities such as APL/PWC to meet personalized needs (V965 rollout).
ShareOrder Lite is a platform H5 Mini Program. All tenants use the same settings and features, including basic information such as Mini Program name, short name, and avatar. Tenants cannot personalize the name or icon.
Upgrade
On Order Management > Mall Settings > App Entry, customers can upgrade the platform Mini Program (ShareOrder Lite) to a dedicated Mini Program. Before the upgrade, the customer must apply for an empty Mini Program and complete certification (certify an uncertified Mini Program before authorizing it to ShareCRM). Then authorize it to ShareCRM and complete feature packaging. After that, the customer can use its own Mini Program and show its company name, logo, and entity information. The Mini Program can also relate to an existing official account for full-business connection and traffic sharing.
NOTE: If a WeChat Official Account is bound on the ShareCRM platform, bind a Mini Program with the same entity. Otherwise the Mini Program and official account cannot jump or share data.
Authorization notes:
-
One WeChat Mini Program can be authorized to only one ShareCRM app, such as Marketing, ShareOrder, or Service.
-
To keep all features working, keep the default selection and authorize all permissions to ShareCRM.
-
The Mini Program admin must authorize it. During authorization, select it from the Mini Program list. Otherwise binding fails. Click to view notes.
After you select the Mini Program to authorize, the system says authorization succeeded. ShareOrder then uses the bound Mini Program name and icon.
The system then asks whether the WeChat Mini Program is authorized. Click Authorized.
